Arbitron calls allegations it slowed an FCC investigation into PPM “an insult” as it takes issue with the point they were invited to make a presentation to the FCC Advisory Committee on Diversity, arguing “no effort” was made to get its viewpoint. But multiple sources tell maintain Arbitron was invited to argue for PPM and chose not to.
