HD Radio restrictions lifted
The decision of what to program on an HD2 or HD3 station will no longer need to be cleared by the HD Digital Radio Alliance, as members agree that after three years the time has come to give local station managers the final say. The Alliance is also lifting advertising restrictions, allowing stations to run traditional commercials as well as be branded by advertisers.
